So I have decided that I am sick and tired of wasting my time and energy and never really achieving my much or ever seeming to actually do anything that I felt the best way to combat this and make myself more motivated and energised was to compile a list of things to do or achieve! Time can quickly fly past you if you don't make the most of it and I am fed up of feeling that I literally waste every single hour of every single day and having to actually ask myself - what have I achieved today? I no longer want to do this and so I am going to come up with a short list of 5 things that I want to do/achieve and then I will keep on adding to the list as time goes on.
So here's the 5 things that I want to achieve within the next month -
1)- Complete the 3 miles for Sport Relief on Sunday 25th March 2012.
2)- De-Clutter my room to achieve a peaceful atmosphere. Tidy room equals a Tidy mind.
3)- Complete my next assignment a week before it's due in to avoid the awful last minute panics that I always seem to end up having.
4)- Find at least 20 items to put on Ebay with a further 20 to put on next month.
5)- Carry on regularly exercising and eating!!!
